My Newly Finished Living Room...

We moved into our home about 2 1/2 years ago. When we first built our home, I knew that these tall walls needed to have some sort of wall treatment to break things up. I decided on this barn door pattern and thankfully, I still like it! I wanted to find a large drum shade pendant that was to scale with this room, I ordered this light from CB2. I painted all of my main floor with Restoration Hardware's Pale Silver. I still really like the color and have no regrets.

I wanted to find a funky non-traditional carpet for this room and was able to find this fun pattern from Lemco Floor Coverings in Murray Utah. I love the texture it adds to this room.

I won't embarrass myself by showing you all the in-between stages this room has gone through. It might hurt my eyes to look at the pictures:) I had this mid-century sofa from years back. It is the Macy's Corona Sofa. It has worn well and I have really liked it. However; if I had a limitless budget, I would be replacing the old sofa with a new chester sofa.
The two wing back chairs and the tall sideboard table, I found locally at a store in Draper Utah called Tomorrow's Antiques. The arc lamp and the coffee table are from West Elm.  I did change the shade on the arc lamp. The three mirrors are from Ikea. I found the two glass cabinets locally and painted them mint green and gray, I still need to add accessories inside the cabinets.  I found the two matching lamps at TJ Maxx and the large artwork from HomeGoods. The stool is from overstock.

The virgin bar cart is from Pottery Barn. I found most my decor pieces and accessories from places like Z-Gallerie, Ross, TjMaxx and West Elm. I love to mix a variety of texture, color and pattern it keeps things unique and interesting!

As of today, this room is done. As of tomorrow, I might want to change things around:)
