Womens NIKE Free xt quick


I love my new workout shoes so much that I have to blog about them. If you are looking for a good pair of cross training shoes, you must go buy these. They are so comfortable and you don't even have to break them in, I don't want to take them off. On a sidenote, don't you think that if you wake up at 5:30 am to workout that you should automatically burn twice the calories? It's only 9 am and I feel like I want to go back to bed!

i love when people blog about products. thank you for this! i was thinking about getting a pair of cross trainers so i don't ruin my running shoes (even though i already have)! and YES. i swear when i do workout early in the mornings, i lose weight quicker. i don't know why. but i have so NOT been waking up early. maybe that's why i've been stuck at the same weight for like a month!!! ugh!!!
